We must eliminate private, for-profit health insurance and replace it with universal, affordable, publicly financed health care for all! Although we might not rival vested interest, single payer opponents in raising funds, we have the advantage of the hard work of thousands of grassroots activists. Their actions, however, require your financial support to be effective.
